TOURS & FIELD TRIPS
We welcome all ages to visit the museum. We have packets available with information on the architectural features of the building, the history of the building and the history of the museum. We currently do not have a docent program. For schools or educational programs interested in touring the museum, a more in-depth experience is available, please contact the Education Director at 770-528-1444 x16.
Directions
Take I-75 to exit 263 (Highway 120) and go west toward Marietta. After 2.8 miles, turn right onto Atlanta Street. The museum is located at the corner of Atlanta Street and Anderson Street and is one block South of historic Marietta Square. We are approximately 15 miles northwest of Atlanta.
Parking
Parking is available behind the museum or in the 2-hour public parking lot next door. There is also ample parking on the streets surrounding Marietta Square.
Museum Policies
- CELL PHONE POLICY
To ensure that all visitors to our Museum have a pleasant experience, the use of cellular phones and music players is prohibited in all of our galleries.
- PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is allowed. Flash photography and tripods are not permitted in the Museum. Photography is not permitted in special exhibitions. Works of art on loan from private collections or other institutions may not be photographed. Hand-held video cameras may be used with a photography pass.

To inspire and educate a diverse community through exhibition, interpretation, collection and presentation of works of American art.
About
The Marietta Cobb Museum of Art is the only Metropolitan-Atlanta fine arts museum focusing on American Art. Our permanent collection houses a variety of artworks dating from as early as the 18th century to the present. The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building community through art.
